Available resources include child and adult care, education and training, physical and mental health services, protective services, substance misuse resources and more. The guide also includes services for residents who need help with basic necessities such as food, shelter and utilities.

Grant Fuels Expansion of Get Healthy, Live Well in East Alabama

Tanner Medical Foundation has been awarded a grant of over $16,000 from the Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama’s Stringfellow Health Fund. This grant will enable Tanner Health’s Get Healthy, Live Well initiative to expand its offerings and deepen its impact in east Alabama.

Tanner Primary Care at The Birches Now Open to Serve the Community

Tanner Health and The Birches on Maple announce the opening of Tanner Primary Care at The Birches. This clinic resides in The Birches on Maple, a 55+ community, and will operate Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
