Buchanan Medical Clinic is committed to the health of every member of the family. We see patients beginning at age 6, and our providers are experienced in providing care for patients well into their golden years.

With a focus on wellness and prevention, Buchanan Medical Clinic works with each member of the family to help develop healthy habits at every stage of life and offer the screenings to detect disease in its earliest stages when treatment is most effective.

Buchanan Medical Clinic is a Patient-Centered Medical Home practice, with a team-based, physician-led approach to providing health care. And as part of Tanner Medical Group, Buchanan Medical Clinic offers patients access to all the resources of Tanner Health System, including a medical staff of more than 300 physicians representing 34 medical specialties and all the services available at Higgins General Hospital in Bremen.
