Community Health Needs Assessment

As a healthcare leader, Tanner Health System is responsible for leading the way and partnering with others to advance health in the communities we serve.

To achieve this goal, we conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years for each of our hospitals:

These assessments help us determine how best to meet the health needs of residents in our service area.

Below are the findings of the our Community Health Needs Assessments, both for the system and Tanner’s individual facilities. We also present our plan to address the needs of the communities we serve through the years to come.
