West Georgia Cares Community Resources Guide

When you are facing challenges in your life, you don’t have to struggle alone.

The West Georgia Cares Community Resource Guide, created in partnership with Tanner Health System, is an initiative dedicated to promoting healthier lifestyles, preventing chronic disease and providing a social safety net for residents of Carroll, Haralson and Heard counties.

For Groups Providing Assistance

West Georgia Cares helps nonprofit organizations, governments and faith-based organizations manage their caseloads more efficiently and effectively. The network also enables agencies to create visit reports, track the number of people served, calculate pounds of food distributed and tabulate additional data required by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Organizations interested in joining the West Georgia Resource Network or participating with West Georgia Cares should contact the foundation at 770-832-1462 or info@cfwg.net. There is an annual fee of $50 for each agency listed in the database.
