Get Healthy, Live Well

Community Resources

At Tanner, we often see patients in our rural communities struggle to access the health care, nutrition and services they need to thrive. Because where you live impacts how you live, Get Healthy, Live Well partners with community stakeholders to build stronger rural communities, close the health equity gap and develop cities that encourage active living.

Healthy Historic Walks

Get fit traveling down memory lane with one of eight self-guided walking tours, each highlighting the history of cities that make up Carrollton and Haralson counties. Each city’s walking path has at least eight checkpoints that hold historical relevance to the town and community.
