About Us

Tanner Health System is a five-hospital nonprofit health system providing convenient, personalized health care to communities across west Georgia and east Alabama. Our physicians and staff provide the latest technology and treatment options to advance the health of our patients.

In addition to our regional hospitals and care centers, Tanner operates Tanner Medical Group, one of metro Atlanta’s largest multi-specialty physician groups.

Why Tanner?

We not only advance your treatment — we look you in the eye, call you by your name and give you the respect you deserve. The responsibility you’ve placed in our hands is never lost on us.

As a nonprofit healthcare organization, we reinvest all revenues back into improving health of our communities through:

  • Expanded facilities
  • New technologies
  • Additional physicians and caregivers
  • Emergency care
  • Community outreach
  • Educational programs
