All you need is a computer or mobile device with internet access. You can use a browser like Chrome, Edge or Safari, or download the free MyChart mobile app.

Logging In and Security

Use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset your login. If you need additional help, contact your healthcare organization's MyChart support team.

MyChart protects your information with secure activation codes, personal usernames and passwords. You can also use face ID or fingerprint login and enable two step verification for added security.

Your information stays with your healthcare organization and comes directly from your electronic medical record. Epic, the software vendor, does not store your data and cannot make changes to your record.

Managing Your Care

MyChart is only a window into your legal medical record. Medical records must be stored by healthcare organizations and cannot be deleted. You may deactivate your MyChart account if you no longer wish to use it.

Additional Help

Only organizations that use Epic software are listed in MyChart. If yours does not appear, they may offer a different patient portal. Contact your provider directly to learn how to access your medical record.
