Managing Your Care

MyChart reflects the information stored in your medical record. If something looks incorrect, speak with your provider or contact the medical records department for updates.

Yes. Many organizations support a feature called Happy Together, which allows you to link accounts so your information appears in one view.
MyChart is only a window into your legal medical record. Medical records must be stored by healthcare organizations and cannot be deleted. You may deactivate your MyChart account if you no longer wish to use it.
Additional Help
Only organizations that use Epic software are listed in MyChart. If yours does not appear, they may offer a different patient portal. Contact your provider directly to learn how to access your medical record.
