When we had Ms Nikki, we felt like she was a little more slow paced and answered all of our questions thoroughly. This man was very nice but he seemed a little inconvenienced by our questions.

We appreciate his sympathy to how she feels as well as the sense of humor he incorporates to make her feel more at ease. We do however struggle with the young lady at the desk in the Bremen office. She's so insincere and can't seem to put her cell phone down to help patients. She's very different than the atmosphere we are used to at this office and although I have brought it to one of the provider's attention it does t seem to occur to them that it's seriously a problem for the patients. She's just not a very nice person.
