PAP Nap

A PAP nap is a short, daytime sleep study to help patients who have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea adjust to treatment.

PAP naps help you overcome anxieties and difficulties when beginning continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy.

What happens during a PAP nap?

PAP nap sessions are short, usually lasting about an hour. During the session, our sleep technologists identify and work through barriers that are hindering your CPAP therapy.

Our specialists also provide one-on-one assistance to help you adjust your equipment and answer questions.
