Register now About the Speaker Harper Niver, DO, is a board-certified general surgeon with specialized expertise in breast surgery and breast oncology. She earned her medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, and completed her general surgery residency at the Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, where she served as surgical resident research chief. Dr. Niver went on to pursue advanced training in breast surgical oncology through a fellowship at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
