Moe Boles, MBA-HM, RN is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than three decades of experience in corporate leadership and healthcare operations. She serves as vice president and director of women and children’s services at Tanner Health, where she leads strategic growth, quality initiatives and patient-centered care across the service line.
Boles joined Tanner in 2006, and has held roles including education specialist, accreditation specialist and registered nurse in maternity services. Before transitioning into health care, Boles held key leadership roles at FAO Schwarz, directing operational training, contact center performance and large-scale organizational projects. Her background also includes national-level leadership development, operations management and Six Sigma project management, earning her a GE-certified Black Belt.
Boles holds an MBA in healthcare management and is a registered nurse with a clinical foundation in maternal and child health. Her academic background includes studies in biology and English at the University of Georgia and Georgia State University.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to service excellence and passion for developing strong, patient-focused teams, Boles brings deep insight and real-world experience to this event’s discussion.
