My first visit to the Tallapoosa office. From the call to make appointment, check in, and being seen my Yolanda and Monica, everything was great! I live an hour away and am glad to have chosen this office for my new provider. Monica is simply the best. So personable and when getting down to business, very direct and explanations clear as to what to expect. So glad I chose this office and Monica as my new PCP. I know I'm in good hands.

Mrs. Monica is always concerned about any issues or ailments that might be bothering me and does her very best to medically address those issues at the time of my visit.I am very satisfied with the service I have received from this medical facility as well as the office staff.

Monica was very sweet and very concerned with the issue that was going on. The nurses were so sweet, kind and caring. Yolanda and Christa went above and beyond!!! So so thankful that we have Monica and her nurses at Tallapoosa Family

Dr. G was very good. She listened to me and understood exactly how I felt and we came up with a great plan. She really cared about my care and took her time to make sure I understand everything. She asked multiple times to make sure I understood my care plan and if I had any questions. I am so glad I changed doctors, she is great.

Monica was not friendly and seemed to be rushed. Before coming into the room I could hear her and others joking around. It didn't seem like they were busy. When I came in I was the only one in the waiting area. I was told Dr. Wilburn didn't have any availabilities so I was forced to see her. Next time I will come up with another plan. I've never liked seeing NP or PA and this explains one of the reasons.

Monica had been my caregiver for years. She always listens to my concerns and helps me clear up any issues, health or other, I have.
