Dr Rooks is an excellent provider. The problem with this practice is they are overworked and over whelmed. I had questions regarding my cpap and issues. She had to stay longer then was allotted with me and by the time she finished I had put her way behind. I apologized but it cannot be helped. She was anxious or did not even act like she was in a hurry.
