Amazing doctor

My visit was with Dr. O. Green, cardiologist. Visit was very informative, nice and friendly. He is a special doctor. His staff shows that he is well respected.

Dr Greene was very good at listening to my concerns with my heart and letting me know my options to move forward to improve my health.

Dr. Greene did not appear rushed and willingly took the time to explain my care and answer questions!

Always feel as though I am among friends

Dr Greene and Erica (PA) were both wonderful. The first nurse was kinda gruff and made me feel I was wasting her time. I've talked to her on the phone before and she's always been helpful, so I chalk it up to her having a bad day. I didn't let my interaction with her affect my rating since the others were so great. However, she seemed irritated, short tempered, and was rough in her handling of me.

Have always had great care with this group so glad to have all of them.

I received excellent care, as I usually do at Tanner.

NO COMPLAINTS WITH THIS OFFICE

To me, it you go in heeling bad, you always leave feeling better, because, your questions are answered honestly, and, that is one of the things,that matters a great deal to the patient.

Provider proposed a treatment that I was not familiar with and I was not given the opportunity to discuss why it was proposed nor the risks of having the treatment done vs not having the treatment done. My nerves were shaken at the sheer thoughts of having it done and I don't think he noticed that because he was so busy with the computer screen.

The Doctor Green was very thorough.

Dr. Greene's nurse, Rebecca Ferguson, is the most efficient and caring nurse I've ever encountered in a doctor's office. Dr. Greene is very cordial and listens to your questions and concerns. Ms. Ferguson is a great complement to him and always willing to help you. His office manager, Ms. Crawford never fails to speak to me and is willing to do whatever I might need.

I was scared about my health issue when I came in. By the time I left I was feeling I was in good hands and would be well cared for. I was much more at peace.

Dr. Greene is incredibly bright and unusually compassionate. He listens and educates. He answers questions with precision and skill. He shows that unusual blend of compassion and efficiency and is in every way the perfect companion in my cardiovascular health.
