Sharon Tuckett, MD, Joins Tanner Primary Care at Mirror Lake

After more than two years serving communities in southern Fulton County, board-certified internal medicine provider Sharon Tuckett, MD, is returning to Douglas County.
Dr. Tuckett began offering internal medicine services in Douglasville in 1992, practicing at Lowman & Tuckett Internal Medicine, then Douglasville Internal Medicine before joining WellStar Physicians Group. Most recently, Dr. Tuckett practiced with a hospital-owned primary care clinic in Union City.
Dr. Tuckett earned her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College in New York City and completed her internship and residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami.
At Tanner Primary Care at Mirror Lake, Dr. Tuckett joins the patient care team of Alisha Goodrum, MD, and Alicia Jennings, MD, at a certified Patient-centered Medical Home dedicated to providing a far more consistent and comprehensive level of service.
