Tanner Employee Assistance Program

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a work-based program that offers employees confidential assessments, counseling, referrals and follow-up services to address personal and work-related problems. EAPs can help employees deal with a range of issues, including stress, substance abuse, family problems, and mental health concerns.

Tanner EAP provides licensed, experienced therapists to help employees work through problems hindering their happiness and productivity.
