One of the most difficult things we can do in life is to be fully awake and present for ourselves — as well as the people we love and care about. Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake in the present moment. To be mindful is to be truly alive, fully present and at one with those around you. Get Healthy, Live Well’s Mindfulness Meditation classes are an introduction to inner peace and stillness. They can provide insight and enrichment of your already ongoing meditation practice. You will learn and practice specific techniques that will help you slow down, embrace mindfulness and enter the peace of the present moment. Yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices will help bring your body, mind and heart into harmony. Classes meet for an hour each week over six weeks.
