Sugar alternatives in recipes

If sugar-free isn't doable, try opting for a sugar alternative in your recipes.

Here is a list of natural sweeteners that won't impact your blood sugar:

  • Stevia
  • Monk fruit
  • Erythritol

These alternatives will give you the taste you're looking for without the consequences. They are available at virtually any grocery store.
