Tanner MyChart is an online application available 24/7 via computers, smartphones or tablets. You can:
- Request prescription refills
- Schedule appointments with Tanner Medical Group practices
- Message healthcare providers
- View test results
- Pay bills online
- And more!
Sign up is easy:
- If you have an appointment at a Tanner facility, you will receive a 15-digit activation code and website address for sign-up. You will create your new account with a username and password that you create along with the activation code.
- If you don’t have an upcoming appointment, you can still sign up for Tanner MyChart now by visiting TannerMyChart.org, clicking on “sign up without a code” and completing information to confirm your identity.
- For access on your Apple or Android smartphone, you can download the free MyChart app from your app store.
