Expanded heart care access is coming to west Georgia and east Alabama as Abdullah Khan, MD, joins Tanner Heart & Vascular Specialists and Tanner Heart Care.
Dr. Khan is an expert at determining what’s wrong with your heart with diagnostic imaging such as echocardiography and helping you make changes to keep it beating strong.
Board-certified in cardiovascular disease, adult echocardiography and nuclear cardiology, Dr. Khan earned his medical degree from Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to English, he speaks Hindi and Urdu.
At Tanner Heart & Vascular Specialists, Dr. Khan joins a team of cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology specialists that includes: Christopher Arant, MD; Onaje Greene, MD; Mujeeb Jan, MD; Rajat Jhanjee, MD; Shazib Khawaja, MD; Olusegun Sheyin, MD; and William Rogers, MD.
