Postpartum Depression Support Group - Carrollton

Willowbrooke at Tanner’s Postpartum Support Group creates a safe space to talk, listen, learn and heal.

Join other new mothers in discussing topics relevant to you, such as:

• Feelings of sadness, anxiety and isolation.
• Changes in sleeping or eating habits
• Loss of interest in activities that used to bring joy
• Difficulty concentrating and making decisions
• Feeling overwhelmed or inadequate
• Persistent negative thoughts
• And others

You’re not alone.

Up to 1 in 7 women experience postpartum depression, with symptoms ranging from mild to severe and feelings of sadness, anxiety and isolation.

Get insight from others who going through similar experiences and companionship from those who understand.

This in-person support group meets in Classroom 1 at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton.
