About the Speakers
Mandy Baeumel, vice president of people and culture at Southwire.
Karen Middlebrooks is chief administration officer at Systems & Methods Inc. (SMI). She connects all members of the SMI Family to foster a customer-centric organization, including new solution facilitation, talent acquisition and retention, and human resources management. She is a native of Carrollton, Georgia, where she lives with her husband, Todd, and their three sons. Middlebrooks is involved with several non-profit organizations within the community and shares her leadership experience serving on several of their boards.
Jeremy Moore is a Carrollton native and graduate from the University of West Georgia biology program. He currently works as the environmental health and safety coordinator for Yachiyo Manufacturing of America in Carrollton, as well as serves the community as a board member for several non-profits like Rotary and CASA.
Bill Stone is president of Systems & Methods Inc. (SMI). He uses servant leadership principals to ensure the operations of SMI continuously align with its mission, vision and values, while directing its growth as a nationally recognized leader in the delivery of solutions to governmental agencies. He is a native of Carrollton, Georgia, where he lives with his wife, Kay. Smith is an active member of the community, serving in several different capacities as a leader in civic organizations, as a board member and as an elder at his church.
