Congestive heart failure (CHF) can stop you in your tracks. But it shouldn’t be the end of your journey.

Join board-certified cardiovascular disease specialist Abdullah Khan, MD, with Tanner Heart & Vascular, for a free, online event to learn how your heart works, what CHF is and how you can keep living an active life despite the condition.

Dr. Khan is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, adult echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He earned his medical degree from Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He enjoys helping patients with heart disease learn how to live healthy, active lives. 

This online event will offer insight and treatment options to help you live with CHF.

This event will be hosted via Microsoft Teams. Once you register, you will receive a link 24-hours prior to access the online webinar.
