The Birches on Maple Greenspaces

Birches Greenspace Sketch

At The Birches on Maple, outdoor spaces are designed to support active, connected living for residents. Walking paths and shared walkways encourage movement, and a walking trail that connects to the Carrollton Greenbelt extends opportunities for recreation, exercise and enjoying nature. A  landscaped courtyard and gathering areas provide opportunities for social connection and time outdoors. Peaceful koi ponds, natural greenery, seasonal flowers and thoughtfully placed benches create a sense of calm, offering inviting spots for relaxation as part of everyday life.
