Nose Contouring and Reshaping

It is not uncommon for people to be dissatisfied with the shape of their nose. Maybe some feel as though it's too wide, the tip too bulbous or just out of proportion with the rest of their face. For those reasons, some choose rhinoplasty to improve the shape (or function) of their nose.

Our surgeon has the aesthetic sensitivity and skill to help you decide on the perfect contour for your nose — one that can improve the balance and harmony of all your facial features.

What is a nose contouring?

Nose contouring, commonly referred to as a “nose job,” is a cosmetic surgery procedure for reshaping and refining the profile of the nose in size or shape.

Plastic surgeons also use nose contouring techniques in reconstructive surgery that restores the nose shape and function following injury or disease.

What does nose contouring cost?

Nose contouring, or “rhinoplasty,” is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by insurance. Reconstructive rhinoplasty, however, to restore normal function to the nose may be covered by insurance. Abnormal function of the nose may be caused by septal deviation, previous nasal fracture or other problems causing nasal deviation.

For cosmetic rhinoplasty, fee quotes may be given at the time of consultation and range from $6,825 to $7,875 (depending on additional procedures that may be required). This includes the physician charge, facility fee, anesthesia fee, pre-operative visit, post-operative visits for up to three months, dressings and garments.

Braces and Splints for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

From intricate art creations to work-related tasks to those everyday repetitive motions of scrolling through your phone — our hands do more delicate work than we realize. While most of these activities seem relatively safe, they can actually lead to the development of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS).

Members of the Caregiving Cycle: The Family Caregivers

Acting as a caregiver for a family member can be a rewarding experience, allowing you to spend time and care for someone you love. Caregiving covers a range of situations from those who just need a little extra help caring for themselves to those who are undergoing things such as surgery recovery, cancer treatment and terminal illness. No matter what your role is, one important factor that is often overlooked is who takes care of the caregiver.
