Chin Contouring

Whether you would like to have a more prominent chin, a more chiseled jaw or a more balanced jawline, chin contouring surgery provides the strength and balance you seek for one of your most noticed facial features.

What is chin contouring?

Chin contouring, also called chin augmentation, is surgery to enhance the shape and size of your chin to bring it into balance with the rest of your facial proportions. This surgery may involve chin implants or other techniques. Combined procedures may include a rhinoplasty (nose contouring) and even liposuction of the jawline or neck, to achieve the ideal look and proportion.

What does chin contouring cost?

Chin contouring, or genioplasty, is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by insurance.

Fee quotes are given at the time of consultation and range from $2,500 to $4,500 (depending on what additional procedures may be required). This includes the physician charge, facility fee, anesthesia fee, pre-operative visit, post-operative visits for up to three months, dressings and garments.
