Tanner Medical Group billing includes charges for physician and clinic services. These services are billed separately from hospital services you may receive at Tanner Medical Center.
Your new statement will clearly outline:
- The services you received
- Your insurance payments and adjustments
- Your remaining balance
We’re also making it easier to view and manage your bills with Tanner MyChart, where you can access all your billing and account information anytime, anywhere on your computer or mobile device.

Without MyChart:
- You will receive billing statements and notices by mail.
- You may have fewer payment options available.
- You may need to pay by mail, over the phone, online or in-person.
Tanner MyChart gives you access to your balance, detailed billing, payment history and more at any time. Without it, you may need to contact customer service and request this information.
You may also miss payment reminders, which could lead to late or missed payments.
