We are moving to Tanner MyChart for billing and payments to make it easier to manage all your health information in one secure place.
To understand what’s changing, it helps to understand how our billing works. Tanner Health includes two parts: Tanner Medical Group for doctor visits and Tanner Medical Center for hospital services. Because these services are billed separately, you may receive more than one bill.
Our transition to Tanner MyChart will bring everything together and help simplify how you view and manage them.
Below, you will find important dates and information about what is changing, what to expect and what steps you need to take if you are enrolled in a payment plan. You’ll also see updates about our new billing statement and phone number for text-to-pay messages.

AccessOne payment plan
Your current plan will continue until it is paid in full. You will keep making payments directly to AccessOne. Any new visits after May 1 will require a separate payment plan in Tanner MyChart.
Important information about your billing
through Avadyne Health
Avadyne Health will continue billing for services before July 1. Tanner Medical Center will bill for services after July 1. During this transition, you may see different statement formats.
