Avadyne Health Billing Updates

What’s changing with my hospital billing?

Starting July 1, 2026, hospital billing will transition from Avadyne Health to Tanner MyChart to create a more connected experience, giving you one place to manage your bills.

What you need to know

Tanner MyChart will become the primary place to:

  • Receive billing notifications and view detailed statements.
  • Make payments securely.
  • Set up and manage payment plans.
  • Connect with the Tanner Patient Financial Services team.

Billing statements will have an updated look and will include:

  • Mailing details for payments
  • Available payment plan options
  • Contact information for questions

For visits before July 1, 2026:

  • Avadyne Health will continue sending statements and contacting you about payments.

For visits on or after July 1, 2026:

  • You will receive statements from Tanner Medical Center.
  • Statements will follow your Tanner MyChart billing preferences that you selected in your account.

During the transition:

  • You may receive different types of statements depending on your dates of service.

Additional updates:

  • After July 1, all new payment plans must be set up in Tanner MyChart.
  • Text-to-Pay messages will arrive from a new number beginning July 15.

 What you need to do now

  • To ensure you remain up to date on your account and payments, you should:

  • Log in or create your free Tanner MyChart account to set your billing preferences and manage future payments.
  • Watch for new billing statements from Tanner Medical Center beginning July 1.
  • Continue making payments to Avadyne Health if you receive a bill from them.
