Do I need a Tanner MyChart account?
Yes. Tanner MyChart will become the primary way to view and manage your billing. If you do not already have an account, you can sign up for free at TannerMyChart.org.

What if I choose not to sign up for Tanner MyChart?
You can still manage your billing without Tanner MyChart, but some features will be limited.
Tanner MyChart gives you access to your balance, detailed billing, payment history and more at any time. Without it, you may need to contact customer service and request this information.
You may also miss payment reminders, which could lead to late or missed payments.
Creating a Tanner MyChart account is free and easy, offering a secure and convenient way to manage your billing and health care in one place.

- Will my hospital balance change?
No. Your hospital balance will not change as part of this update. Your balance will only decrease as payments are made or if you are receiving financial assistance.
- Will I still be able to make payments on my current AccessOne account?
Yes. If you have an existing AccessOne payment plan, you will continue to receive statements from AccessOne and make payments directly to them as usual.
- Can I add balances to my AccessOne account for visits before May 1?
Yes. You have until May 28, 2026, to add to an existing AccessOne payment plan. These changes go into effect on July 1.
- Why am I receiving different statements from Tanner Medical Center, and can I trust these statements?
Yes. You can trust these statements and continue making payments as directed.As part of the billing transition, you may receive up to three different types of statements from Tanner Medical Center. The format you receive will depend on your AccessOne account status and your dates of service.
