Sports physicals at Tanner Urgent Care

A sports physical typically includes vital signs; height and weight; vision screening; heart and lung assessment; evaluation of strength, flexibility and musculoskeletal health; and an overall fitness check. We also review your medical history, medications, allergies and previous injuries.

DOT exams and occupational health

A DOT exam confirms commercial drivers meet medical standards set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Your visit typically includes a review of medical history, vision and hearing testing, blood pressure and pulse checks, urine testing for underlying conditions and a focused physical exam. When you meet requirements, our certified medical examiner issues your Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT card).
