Willowbrooke at Tanner - Carrollton provides outpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment services for children, adolescents and adults in a supportive, compassionate environment. Our experienced team offers personalized care focused on healing, recovery and long-term wellness.

Our partial hospitalization programs provide structured daytime treatment while allowing patients to return home in the evenings. Programs may include individual therapy, group counseling and family support. Willowbrooke at Tanner - Carrollton is committed to providing accessible behavioral healthcare close to home for patients and families throughout West Georgia.

Establishing Care

New patients begin with an in-person assessment at Willowbrooke Urgent Care for Mental Health and Substance Use in Villa Rica. No appointment is necessary. Following the assessment, ongoing services may be scheduled in Carrollton, Villa Rica or through telehealth services.
