Dr. Charmchi is really one of the best doctors I've ever had. I have never had a doctor care so much about me be available for me. I have been through numerous neurologist and neurosurgeons in my life and the majority of them have been extremely rude and have made me feel extremely bad. Dr Charmchi always has me very happy and I almost cannot explain but she treats me as if we are equal. Not a doctor but she treats me like I have never been treated by a doctor. I wish she knew what a fantastic doctor she is and how much I think God for her. Even when she is not feeling well she brings touch inside and interpersonal skills into every single appointment. I can get carried away sometimes talking and laughing with her even if I am going through a very very hard time. We laugh together and if I ever cried she comforts me. Other than my psychiatrist I have never had a doctor that made me feel such peace as her. Not only is she so nice that it is extraordinarily rare but she is also always been there for me with everything that is neurologically an issue. I have needed her to fill out forms regarding them trying to take my license away and I have gotten my license back because of her commitment to her patience. Every other neurologist or neurosurgeon that I've ever had, and I've had several, have an extreme arrogance and superiority complex. I am so grateful that I found Tanner neurology even before finding Dr Charmchi. The doctor I had before her discovered the mistakes that other sorry doctors had made that held my life in their hands. I do not believe that she ain't understand that she is one of the best doctors in the world, I know that I've had over 60 doctors at least in my life and never have met anyone like her. I feel that she wants to personally know what's going on and also she trust and believes me it's my chart has an error. I have never met anyone like her and I'm so honored and blessed to have her in my life especially as my neurologist. I love everyone on the whole team! Fantastic job!!!

She was so thorough, explained things well, and explained all the different ways this may be treated but assured me she was going down the line from easiest and option we hope to go with to most invasive but to not worry as it's not likely we will have toGo that far but she wanted me to have a clear picture and understanding of everything, which I greatly appreciated. Most doctors don't spend that much time with you and the last neurologist I went to was in and out of the room in 5 minutes and talked very fast and in medical terms I didn't understand. So I could not be more thankful that Tanner has added Dr. Charmchi to their healthcare system. She is a true asset and I'm so happy I have found a local neurologist and no longer have to drive!

My doctor, Dr. Zeinab Charmchi, who I've seen a couple times now after my previous neurologist, Dr. Nolan, who I adored left the practice in the Fall has really made me feel comfortable and welcome! I could tell from the moment I first met her how much she cares about her patients just like Dr. Nolan. She's very passionate about what she does, very caring and thorough. She takes the time to ask all the necessary questions to see how I've been doing since my last visit that some doctors just don't take the time to do because they seem so rushed and are in and out of the room so fast. She even took the time to help with medication co-pay assistance, the possibility of a specialty pharmacy as an option and reviewed the medications that may help, Botox Injections and also went through a list of meds that may help if the ones we are trying to get approved get denied with the PA's (Prior Approval) as well as ones I've taken to cross those off the list. This is one example I mean of being extremely thorough. I would most definitely recommend her & her office at Tanner Neurology to my family and friends in a heartbeat! Thank you Dr. Charmchi! I appreciate you very much.

SHE WAS VERY THOROUGH, INFORMATIVE AND WE DID NOT FEEL RUSHED AT ALL. VERY IMPRESSED.

Provider had a plan in mind before entering the room and did not deviate from it. She did not listen to past experience or ongoing issues and suggested continued ER visits over having an actual back up plan.
