Get Healthy, Live Well is offering free Tai Chi for Health classes to help adults increase mobility, improve physical function and reduce stress. This class will teach basic Tai Chi principles and take you through the Tai Chi for Life series of movements. The fifty-minute class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays.
