This class is for you if you want to:

- Build confidence in making health-focused food decisions
Led by experienced nutrition experts, this program will guide you through evidence-based practices that empower you to care for your body through the healing power of food. Each session features interactive cooking demonstrations, offering practical skills to bring your new knowledge into the kitchen.
To qualify for this program, you must:
- Be 18 or older
- Be currently undergoing cancer treatment, have completed treatment, or be a caregiver supporting someone with cancer
