Stand Up to Stigma
Anxiety. Bullying. Depression. Suicide.
If you're a teen, these can be tough topics to talk about. But they're important conversations to have.
Join us for a special online panel discussion with experts from Willowbrooke at Tanner and Carroll County Schools, who will show you how to:
- Identify the signs and symptoms of mental illness.
- Start the conversation about mental health.
- Access mental health resources in your community.
- Reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness.
The panel will include the following licensed counselors and therapists who have worked closely with teens:
- Keyunda Bailey, RN, Willowbrooke at Tanner
- Heather Ford, MD, Willowbrooke Psychiatric Center
- Michael Lowley, MD, Willowbrooke Psychiatric Center
- Samantha Adams, LAPC, Willowbrooke Counseling Center
- Jeremy Shain, LPC, Ph.D., Bay Springs Middle School
The free event will feature a question-and-answer session with the panel. Registration is required, so sign up today.
