The COVID-19 vaccine is the best way to protect yourself, your loved ones and your community.
The vaccine that will be given on Feb. 1 is Pfizer.

Following the most recent CDC guidance, we're opening second-shot boosters for the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) vaccine and third-shot boosters for Moderna and Pfizer. The CDC's recommendations allow you to mix and match vaccine manufacturers for booster shots.
If you received:
- Moderna: You are eligible for a booster if you are age 18 or older. Your second dose had to be on or before Sept. 1 to receive a booster at this clinic.
- Pfizer: You are eligible for a booster if you are age 12 or older. Your second dose had to be on or before Sept. 1 to receive a booster at this clinic.
- J&J: You are eligible for a booster if you are 18 years or older. Your second dose had to be on or before Dec. 1 to receive a booster at this clinic.
First- and second-dose Pfizer vaccinations will also be available.
Please bring with you proof of age and residency (such as a driver’s license or ID card), as well as your vaccination record card.

How to register:
- Choose a time slot below for your registration.
- After selecting a time slot, click "Check Out" to complete all required fields.
- Once you complete your fields, click "Continue" to review your information.
- Once you review, click "Confirm Registration."
- If you registered successfully, you should immediately see an on-screen "receipt" and receive an email confirmation within approximately 15 minutes. To expedite your appointment check-in, please print and complete the registration form included in your confirmation email.
