Becoming a Patient

Becoming a patient at Tanner Cancer Care is easy — and we’re committed to beginning your treatments fast.

You may be referred to Tanner Cancer Care by the medical provider who diagnosed your cancer, or you may ask your medical provider to forward your referral to Tanner Cancer Care.

All referrals are reviewed by a cancer specialist as they arrive. The cancer specialist will make recommendations on additional tests that may be necessary and arrange for you to begin treatment as quickly as possible.

Our promise to you: You’ll have your treatment options within 3 days of receiving your diagnosing physician’s referral.

Each patient is assigned a Tanner Cancer Care patient navigator, who will contact you with information on your treatment plan and serve as your liaison with your cancer care team.

We know how overwhelming a cancer diagnosis is — but we’re here with you, ready to support you on this journey every step of the way.
