Spine surgeon Drew Albert, MD, has joined OrthoWest and the medical staff of Tanner Health.
After earning his medical degree at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Dr. Albert completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Corewell Health/Michigan State University in Grand Rapids where he served as chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in spine surgery at the Texas Back Institute in Plano.
Dr. Albert is a member of the North American Spine Society, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
With a passion for helping patients regain mobility and live pain-free, Dr. Albert combines leading-edge techniques with personalized care to achieve exceptional outcomes.
At OrthoWest, Dr. Albert joins a team providing comprehensive orthopedic care. He specializes in patient-focused spine treatment, prioritizing nonoperative and motion-preservation options whenever possible. He will see patients in Carrollton.
