Join Tanner Health System’s Get Healthy, Live Well and the West Georgia Track Club for an eight-week walk-to-run program that will have you ready to run a 5K in just eight weeks.
The first session of Move It Mondays kicks off with a warmup and 1-mile jog/walk. The program will take place on subsequent Mondays, with the final session on June 5. There will be no session held on Memorial Day.
Registration includes signing a liability waiver, which is required before beginning the program.
Parking is available in the Clinic Avenue Parking Deck on Ambulance Drive.
