COVID-19 Vaccination Scheduling

Tanner is following Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) guidelines for vaccine distribution. DPH is responsible for vaccine allocation and distribution statewide. Currently, Georgia residents age 12 and older are approved for vaccination.

  • The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine has been approved for teens and adults age 12 and older; it is a two-shot vaccine.
  • The Moderna vaccine has been approved for adults age 18 and older; it is a two-shot vaccine.
  • The Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine has been approved for age 18 and older; it is a single-shot vaccine.

Making vaccination available

Our goal is to make COVID-19 vaccination as widely available as possible, but, at this time, supply is limited. We will provide vaccinations as vaccine becomes available. As vaccine is received from the state, we are scheduling vaccination clinics and emailing invitations to patients. Each week, we will update this table to provide information on how many vaccines we’ve administered.

As of June 18, 2021:

Team Member First Doses Given

Team Member Second Doses Given

Public First Doses Given

Public Second Doses Given

Total Doses Given

Vaccination clinic dates and appointments are listed below when available. We schedule free vaccine clinics as we receive vaccine. Registrations will be taken online only. An appointment is required to receive a free vaccine. If you are a caregiver or loved one registering someone else, please use the individual’s name, birth date and other contact information, but you may use your email address for updates if they do not have or use an email address.

If we have no appointments listed below, we invite you to search for a COVID-19 vaccination site through the Georgia DPH website or by calling the state hotline at 1-888-357-0169. We encourage Alabama residents to find a vaccination site through the Alabama DPH's COVID-19 website.
