Need to transfer a patient to a Tanner facility? Tanner has a one-call-does-it-all number to help facilitate fast, efficient transfers and referrals.
Registered Nurses who are experienced in emergency medicine and critical care will:
- Answer your call
- Secure the provider
- Coordinate the transfer and referral
- Arrange a transfer
- Initiate a confirmation call back
You will be asked:
- Is this an emergency?
- Where is the patient now?
- A brief description of the purpose of the admission/transfer
- Clinical information pertinent to the admission/transfer
