What is Gold Seal Accreditation?

Joint Commission Gold SealJoint Commission Gold Seal accreditation and certification is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to meeting certain performance standards. All Tanner Health System hospitals have earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™ for accreditation by demonstrating compliance with The Joint Commission’s (TJC’s) national standards for healthcare quality and safety in hospitals. The accreditation awards Tanner Health System’s dedication to continuous compliance with The Joint Commission’s standards.
