For generations, nurses at Tanner Health System have been part of a unique, patient-centered tradition of neighbors caring for neighbors.

Our nurses deliver high-quality care in an environment that recognizes compassion and rewards multidisciplinary teamwork. Nurses receive extremely competitive compensation and benefits, including specialty differential pay as well as weekend and night shift differential pay. Tanner’s human resources professionals routinely survey compensation packages throughout metro Atlanta to ensure the organization’s benefits and compensation programs are competitive to attract and retain top-tier nursing professionals.

  • Behavioral health
  • Cardiac care
  • Critical care
  • Emergency care
  • Home health/hospice care
  • Maternity care
  • Medical-surgical care
  • Surgical services

In addition, Tanner helps graduate nurses prepare for their licensure testing, ensuring nurses are ready to pass their boards and practice exceptional care, getting their careers off to a fantastic start.
