Hospice Care

Because of financial support from the community, we are able to make Tanner Hospice Care available to all in west Georgia. To date, no hospice patient has ever been turned away due to inability to pay. Generous gifts from individuals, organizations, churches and businesses help us to continue to serve all those in the area who need hospice care.

The many notes of thanks we receive from the families of patients continually remind us of Tanner Hospice Care’s value in our community. The following few sentences were included in a note received recently from the daughter of a Tanner Hospice Care patient:

“Everyone we worked with was wonderful. Our calls were always responded to quickly. The nurse we called on the day of Mom’s death tried to help us in every way. We were so happy that Mom could receive the level of service to help her enjoy her last few months with our family at home.”
