Tanner Health System’s Hospitals Make 2012 List of Top Georgia Hospitals

All three of Tanner Health System’s hospitals have made Georgia Trend’s 2012 list of Top Georgia Hospitals, which used publicly available information on quality of care, patient satisfaction, mortality and readmission statistics, and data on hospital-acquired infections and conditions from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to rank hospitals throughout the state.

Higgins General Hospital is ranked No. 1 in the list of the Top Critical Access Hospitals, Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton is ranked No. 2 in the list of the Top Medium-Sized Hospitals; and Tanner Medical Center/Villa Rica is ranked No. 4 in a list of the Top Small Hospitals.
