Heartbeat – Employee Giving

Tanner Employees Making A Difference In Our Community

Every day, Tanner Health System team members make a difference in the hearts, minds and lives of the people we serve.

Tanner’s Heartbeat employee-giving program provides a unique opportunity to support many worthwhile programs and projects benefiting Tanner patients and employees.

Since the Heartbeat program began in 1993, Tanner Health System employees have supported the program through voluntary donations from their paychecks. Half of each donation supports an area of care chosen by the employee: Tanner’s Indigent Care Fund, Cancer Care Fund or General Program/Equipment Fund.

This generosity of spirit benefits both the community we serve and the community with whom we serve – fellow team members at Tanner. Fifty percent of each donation supports the Heartbeat Humanitarian Fund, assisting Tanner employees in times of crisis.
