Since we first opened our doors to patients back in 1949, Tanner Health System has been 100 percent committed to providing area residents with quality health care that meets their current health needs.
To ensure that we continue to meet this important commitment, Tanner has launched a comprehensive community health needs assessment initiative. This assessment, which is available as an online or paper survey, will help Tanner:
- Identify current and future healthcare needs in our communities
- Increase community awareness of local and regional health problems
- Determine trends in demographics related to health care
- Improve and strengthen our programs and services
