Harmony for Healing Music Therapy Performance

Dale Hendrick, pianist, performs a combination of pop and doo-wop as part of Tanner Health System's Harmony for Healing music therapy program. Hendrick began playing the piano when she was 10 years old and earned a minor in music from the University of West Georgia. Currently, she is the pianist at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Carrollton. All Harmony for Healing performances are held in the John H. Burson III, MD, Atrium on the first floor of Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton, facing Dixie Street, and are free to the public. Unless otherwise noted, all performers are from the west Georgia area. The music therapy program is funded through gifts to Tanner Medical Foundation. Proceeds are used to continue Harmony for Healing performances with the goal of hiring a full-time music therapist.
