This class uses humor to look at what new parents can expect after the birth of their baby. You will learn the areas of your life that will change and tips to cope with those changes. New parents can learn to adjust to their babys temperament and how to calm a crying baby. Learn the warning signs of postpartum complications and postpartum depression. Fathers are encouraged to attend! This class is free of charge. Enroll the mother to be only. It is not necessary to save a spot for your partner or coach.
