Coaches Clinic Prenatal Class

This class will give you and your birthing partner the information and skills you need for a positive birthing experience. The class covers such topics as positive positions in labor, comfort and coping and working as a team in labor. You will need to bring a blanket or beach towels and 4-5 pillows ( large black trash bag works to bring them in the building) Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to be on the floor. Enroll the mother to be only. It is not necessary to save a spot for your partner or coach.
